Ballast Kielschwert, Innenballast, teilweise aufholbare Ruder machten das Vorurteil nicht leichter. Denn, nicht wahr, die Sieger der Vend\u00e9e wurden damals wie heute \u00fcber den Champs Elys\u00e9\u00e9 getragen und bringen dort den Verkehr zum Erliegen. Wenig sp\u00e4ter begann die Kooperation mit Windpilot, die Pacific wurde seither an vielen Boreal Yachten als Erstausr\u00fcstung installiert.
