Die Reise wurde in Panama j\u00e4h unterbrochen, weil Coby infolge massiver Gessundheitsprobleme ins US Hospital eingewiesen werden musste. Der Rote Faden nahezu s\u00e4mtlicher Auseinandersetzungen war offenbar die Tatsache, dass man von Seiten der Vereinsf\u00fchrung keinerlei Verantwortung f\u00fcr das Schicksal der holl\u00e4ndischen Familie zu sehen bzw. zu \u00fcbernehmen bereit gewesen ist. Ich w\u00fcnsche Ihnen eine angenehme \u00dcberfahrt von Vanuatu nach Port Moresby. Ich selber hatte auf der Strecke recht raue Bedingungen und hoffe, dass Sie bessere Wetterverh\u00e4ltnisse antreffen. Die Postlaufzeit von Port Moresby nach Deutschland ist kurz und nach meinen Erfahrungen zuverl\u00e4ssig. In der Gegenrichtung hat die Zusendung einer EC-Karte per Dokumentenpost mit pers\u00f6nlicher Zustellung von Bremen nach Port Moresby lediglich 3 Tage erfordert. Ich w\u00fcrde Ihnen daher als kosteng\u00fcnstige Variante empfehlen, die ben\u00f6tigte Erkl\u00e4rung von Port Moresby aus per Dokumentenpost zu senden. Das Sekretariat des \u00f6rtlichen Yachtclubs ist Ihnen sicher gerne behilflich. Eine entsprechende Erkl\u00e4rung Ihrer Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin aus Hamburg unter Vorlage einer Vollmacht w\u00e4re eine Alternative, die wir akzeptieren. Die Anwaltsgeb\u00fchren sind sicher etwas h\u00f6her als die Postgeb\u00fchren, andererseits ist diese L\u00f6sung die sicherste. Entscheiden Sie, welches die f\u00fcr Sie beste Wahl ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Spendenaktion hat nach Abzug der aktuellen Unkosten 6.008,66 Euro erbracht. Eine geringf\u00fcgige Erh\u00f6hung der abzuziehenden Unkosten kann derzeit nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Der vollst\u00e4ndige Abzug aller mit der Spendenaktion verbundenen Kosten ist leider erforderlich, um die Gemeinn\u00fctzigkeit des &#8222;Trans-Ocean&#8220; e.V. nicht zu gef\u00e4hrden.<\/p>\n<p>Gestatten Sie mir einen abschlie\u00dfenden Hinweis: In meinem letzten Schreiben informierte ich Sie \u00fcber eine Klage, die unter anderem die Beschl\u00fcsse der Jahreshauptversammlung des TO in Ihrer Angelegenheit zum Gegenstand hatte. Am 20.06. haben wir das Urteil erhalten. Wie ich bereits angenommen hatte, wurde die Klage vom Gericht abgewiesen. Die Beschl\u00fcsse der Versammlung sind ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df zustande gekommen. Der Verein hat  Spenden seiner Mitgliederschaft von <strong>\u20ac 6.008,66 <\/strong>an die Familie Lelijveld \u00fcberwiesen. Kosten, die zu bezahlen, ihr ehemaliger Heimatverein sich verweigerte. Eine deutsche Blamage, die mich veranlasst hat, f\u00fcr die Segler zu k\u00e4mpfen, zudem ein Menetekel, das Schatten bis ins Heute wirft, weil hier ein Verein, der sich gern als weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Segelverein selbst bezeichnet, zudem nicht m\u00fcde wird, zu beteuern, dass er sich als Heimat der Blauwassersegler selbst versteht, damit offenbart, dass der Sinnspruch &#8222;<strong>DIE SEE IM HERZEN<\/strong>&#8220; vermutlich nur als Slogan f\u00fcr die Aussendarstellung erdacht und Verwendung findet, hingegen die Vereinsleitung wenig gewillt scheint, dies auch mit Inhalten zu f\u00fcllen, z.B. die Interessen seines Souver\u00e4ns  den ganz eigenen Vereinsinteressen voranzustellen. F\u00fcr mich ein bleibendes Debakel, dessen Tragweite ganz offenbar bislang keiner bereit gewesen ist, zu erkennen und zuzugestehen. W\u00e4re es nicht ganz einfach, die Blamage dieses Trans-Ocean Gates zu beenden und die Dinge endlich zum Positiven zu wenden? Ich hielte eine schonungslose Aufarbeitung, klare Gesten der Entschuldigung, zu denen auch die Wiedergutmachung des Schadens geh\u00f6rte, f\u00fcr einen logischen Weg, wie er unter Erwachsenen eigentlich selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sein sollte. Es hat allerdings den Anschein, dass man statt dessen auf den Zeitfaktor des Vergessens hofft, um die Z\u00e4sur alter Skandale dereinst zu \u00fcberwinden! Die Entwicklung der Mitgliederzahlen mag belegen, dass diese Hoffnung tr\u00fcgerisch gewesen ist.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4re es nicht ein Segen f\u00fcr all jene Segler, die von einer Reise unter weissen Fl\u00fcgeln tr\u00e4umen, wenn sie nach nunmehr 12 Jahren der Querelen endlich eine w\u00fcrdige Vertretung erfahren w\u00fcrden, die den Souver\u00e4n in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen bereit und in der
