This beautiful Ron Holland Swan 39 – left picture – has been destroyed by collision some years ago. The owners family purchased a brandnew Beneteau First 40.7 immidiately, after an Atlantic crossing decided however to resell the boat and change to a traditional Abeking & Rasmussen design built in 1971. Coincidently as a young man, the todays owner has been skilled at the Abeking & Rasmussen yard once SV Thule has been built. When he finally purchased this boat in 2008 – the boats name has been still the same – the condition has been just perfect – so he started his World tour shortly afterwards.
